This website is operated by Beijing Huaming Langteng Technology Ltd. (“SilkDreamery”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor to, or customer of, this website.
By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Orders and order acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, we confirm your artwork, specification, quantity, price and lead time in writing. Production begins only after you approve the artwork preview and we receive the agreed deposit or full payment.
We may decline or cancel an order where the artwork infringes a third party’s rights, where the specification cannot be produced as requested, or where payment is not received.
Custom products and artwork
Our products are made to order. The artwork you supply must be complete, print-ready, and lawfully yours to use.
You confirm that you own or have licensed all rights to any design, logo, illustration, photograph or text you provide.
You agree not to submit artwork that infringes any copyright, trademark, design right or other third-party right, and you accept responsibility for any claim arising from artwork you supply.
We will not share, resell, publish, or reuse your artwork. Your designs remain exclusively yours. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed on request.
Once you approve the artwork preview (the “design freeze”), any change to design, size, material or finishing may require a new price and a new production slot.
Color and print variation
Fabric printing is not a color-proof process. Slight color variation may occur between on-screen previews, digital proofs, product photographs and the delivered goods, and between production batches of the same design. Variation of this kind is normal in textile printing and is not a defect.
Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We accept bank/wire transfer and PayPal. Deposits, balances and payment terms are confirmed in writing before production begins.
Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Those are the responsibility of the recipient unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations and layout — is the property of Beijing Huaming Langteng Technology Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Artwork you supply remains your property.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or damage to reputation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the People’s Republic of China.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
